Founders

Frank and Linda Kilpatrick are the founders of Conscious Contribution, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to supporting the educational and personal development of young adults.

Prior to launching the organization, they founded and led Healthcare Communications Group, a pharmaceutical consulting firm that helped global biopharmaceutical companies improve clinical trial timelines and accelerate the introduction of life-saving medicines.

After years of working at the forefront of healthcare innovation, Frank and Linda chose to focus their efforts on supporting education and awareness beyond the traditional classroom. This vision led to the creation of Conscious Contribution, where they combine learning tools, storytelling, and social awareness to help young people strengthen learning skills, develop critical thinking, and build healthier relationships with technology.

Their goal is to inspire the next generation to become thoughtful, balanced, and empowered contributors to society.
